We cover Greater Brisbane.

How will I know what time to choose for my clean?

You can choose anytime between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment for the clean?

No, you do not need to provide anything. We will bring our own supplies (eco-friendly) and equipment needed for the clean. However, if you want us to use your own products, just let us know before arrival.

What does it cost to clean my property?

Are your products safe for use around children and pets?

Yes, we only use products which are safe for use around young children and pets.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are processed secure booking process.

Do I have to contact you to organise each recurring clean?

No, unless there will be changes on your booking or you’d like to have additional requests.

Do I have to be on property for the clean?

Not at all. Just let us know how to gain entry by adding the location of the key to the comments section of your booking.

How many cleaners do you send?

We have sets of cleaning teams working individual and as a couple. For bigger jobs, we’ll be sending extra cleaners so it won’t take long.

Do you offer any Guarantee?

If for any reason you aren’t happy, we will arrange to have the issue fixed, or refund your money.
